All sizes and weights given on this site are approximate only. Each item varies slightly. No fauna or parts thereof are used at any
stage in the production of our works.
We have a printable order form, that you can print out, fill in and post to us.
Any queries may be made by e-mail or you can contact us personally by phone or post.
We are happy to answer any queries that you may have. Computers being what they are,
if you receive no response from your e-mail within 3 - 4 days, please contact us using a different method.

Payment will be accepted via direct deposit, cash, money order or cheque.
Please note all prices are in Australian currency.
Postage & Handling -
Within Australia all orders incur a AU$11 packaging and handling fee. (includes GST)
All overseas orders incur a AU$20 packaging and handling fee.
Dispatch of your order will occur as soon as possible after payment has been received. On occasion orders can take
2-3 weeks to process. If payment is made by cheque, allow 7 working days for clearance.
We always endeavour to respond to orders as soon as possible. If there is likely to be a waiting period,
you will be notified. Our works all demand a great deal of time, and we will not compromise quality for speed.
Refunds are only available if the following conditions are met.
- Item must be well packed (in the same manner that it was sent).
- Item must be sent by registered and insured mail.
- Item must be returned no later than 10 days from receipt of goods.
- No refunds available after this 10 day period.
Return postage costs will be refunded only if the return is due to our error and the above conditions have
Damaged goods can only be refunded/exchanged if the following conditions are met.
- If goods are broken on arrival, Teamwork Handcrafts must be notified within 24 hrs of receipt of item.
- Item must be returned immediately by registered mail.
No refunds or exchanges available if the above conditions are not complied with.
Disclaimer: Because these are original works of art, choice of finishing materials has to be at the artists'
discretion. However, general guidelines will always be followed. Teamwork Handcrafts accepts no responsibility for goods once
they have left our care.
